Jim has been a boater, fisherman, and diver most of his life. He comes to Marine Group with over thirty-five year’s sales and management experience in the diesel engine industry. He is certified on Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and Caterpillar engines. Both Jim and his wife Dot are avid offshore fishermen and have served as presidents and tournament directors of Gulf Coast billfish tournaments. Jim is a retired Marine reservist and Viet Nam veteran. He also is a volunteer pilot with the Civil Air Patrol and active in many fraternal and civic organizations. As a yacht salesman Jim enjoys helping his clients fulfill their boating dreams.

Larry has 33 years in the marine industry. He started in Mobile, AL, working in the commercial supply business. From there he has owned a fuel dock business, been dockmaster of a prominent marina in Orange Beach and managed all facets of vessel repair and maintenance in a local boat yard. Marine Group welcomed Larry to our Orange Beach office in 2001. Larry's extensive knowledge and experience cover all segments of our boating industry and make him dedicated to finding the right boat for all of his clients.

Call it an obsession, or even an addiction, Cass's life revolves around the water. He believes the best memories you can make are from time spent with friends and family while cruising or fishing. His experience spans from building towers to selling fishing tackle, and mating on various Sportfishers.  Cass is a graduate of Springhill College in Mobile Alabama where he earned a degree in business administration.  He is the caretaker for his family's boats including a 24' cold molded sportfisher his father hand built, as well as a shrimp boat that has been converted into his personal cruising trawler. Jimmy grew up on Terry Cove in beautiful Orange Beach, AL.  As a small child, he could identify boats not just by sight, but by sound as well, as they passed his house adjacent to the water.  Jimmy comes to the Marine Group with a one hundred ton USCG Captains license, 14 years of successful tournament fishing and a beautiful family.  He is married to Summer Walker whose family founded charter fishing in Orange Beach in the 1930’s.  His father, the world famous hunter and fisherman, Jim Greene has been in the yacht sales business for 28 years and was one of the founders of  The Marine Group.  Jimmy has operated many private yachts including a new 61’ Viking, 45’ Cabo, 60’ Bertram, 60’ Hatteras, Custom 62’ Rybovich, Custom 57’ G & S (owned by his father) and the 65’ Rybovich for the Kennedy family.  He is an experienced charter boat captain and very mechanically inclined with all diesel engines.  Jimmy has a great deal of knowledge and experience to bring to the table to work in your best interest….give him a call today!

Mike received his first boat for Christmas at age 9 and although it was only a 12 foot skiff with a 4hp outboard, he has been hooked on boating since. After receiving his Bachelors degree he pursued a career in “Corporate America” where he gained valuable knowledge in the areas of Client/Account Management and Employee Relations. All the while spending all his free time boating, aspiring and planning on turning his passion into a career. After several years of successful business ventures Mike was finally afforded the opportunity to become a Yacht Broker and attributes his success to his passion for boating and sincere concern and enjoyment for selling FUN. Mike is now an experienced Yacht Broker by many years, a Member of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association and continues to improve his boating knowledge by staying in tune with the latest and greatest the Marine Industry has to offer, all the while continuing to expand his Customer and Client Base.
